What can we say about the Oxi Clean Laundry Spot & Stain Pre-Treater? Does it work? Well yes it does! Peculiarly, it smells like oranges. We originally thought that it was Oxi Clean mixed with some other magic potion. Hmmm... could it be that the Pre-Treater is really just Orange Clean mixed with a bit of the Oxi Clean? Hmmm...

As far as what it removed from our laundry... Well, let's see. We first tested the Pre-Treater on your average everyday run-of-the-mill stains like food, grease and ring-around-the-collar stains. What? YOU don't get ring-around-the-collar?

Anyway, we sprayed any and all spots and stains on the laundry prior to placing it in the wash. For food and grease stains a simple spray on the stain did the trick. For ring-around-the-collar stains, we sprayed the collar and rubbed the fabric together to loosen the dirt. We washed as usual and voila! The stains disappeared.

Of course, we weren't done testing yet. We still had to see how the Pre-Treater stood its ground against stains caused by - yeah, you guessed it - the kids. Aaaaaaauuuuuggggggghhh!

Got kids? Well you know how tough it can be to clean their clothes. Small children make big messes. 'Accidents' happen all the time. When we say 'accidents' we're talking about those huge poopy mudslides that no diaper in the world can seem to contain. We're also talking about those urine messes that seem as if both you and your child took a dive off the Niagara Falls. And what about baby food? Oh, Lord! What do they put in that stuff? Have you seen the mess that a 2oz bottle of Beechnut® carrots can make? Is it food or war paint?

Anyway, we proceeded to attack the kid's laundry by spraying all the stains on their clothing with the Pre-Treater. We let the Pre-Teater soak in for a short while before placing their laundry in the wash. We then washed as normal. To our satisfaction, all the stains were gone. Hoorah!

The Pre-Treater is also excellent to use in conjunction with the Oxi Wash Laundry Detergent.
