All orders usually ship within 24 hours. Orders placed by 12:00pm (Mon - Fri E.S.T) are normally shipped out the same day (unless otherwise indicated). We ship to all major us locations within 3 to 6 business days via UPS Ground.

ORDER TRACKING

To track your order, please CLICK HERE and enter the tracking number or reference number we sent you via e-mail when we shipped your product. If no tracking results are achieved, please try again in one to two days as the shipping database might not yet be updated. Also, please keep in mind the product availability of the particular item that you ordered. If the product availability indicated, "usually ships within 24 hours", you can expect to see tracking information within 1-2 days. Only orders shipped via UPS can be tracked at this time.

NOTE: Orders restricted to within the US and their respective territories. All funds in US dollars. No International Shipments as this time.

How Much Does Shipping & Handling Cost?

Shipping rates can vary depending on one or more of the following factors: Weight of the item; Size of the item; Number of items being shipped; Shipping method chosen by you; How fragile the item is; and the Zip code of the recipient.

We use the UPS and US Postal Service Shipping Calculators as guidelines. That means that you are paying approximately what the USPS and UPS would charge you to ship the same item(s) to the desired destination.

Currently, our fee structure is as follows:
Items shipped via UPS Ground fees are .75 cents per pound plus a flat charge of $4.95
Items shipped via USPS Parcel Mail are 1.50 cents per pound plus a flat charge of $3.95
Minimum shipping charge is $5.95

The Handling fee is exactly $1.10 and is automatically included in the total purchase price. This charge is to cover the cost of the packaging materials used to ship your product.

All shipping charges are calculated in real-time and unless your order is "oversize" you can see exactly how much you will be charged before finalizing your order.

Large and Oversize Packages and Shipments

Large and/or "Oversize" packages are orders that are packed in very big shipping boxes or packages. These packaged orders can be very expensive to ship both within the United States and abroad. It doesn't matter how much the actual package weighs, if it is 'oversize', then you will NOT be billed by mass weight, but by dimensional weight. If your package falls into the category of "oversize", and you are shipping to within the US, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii, then your order will ship via USPS Parcel Post, as that is the least expensive shipping method. If additional charges apply, we will inform you via e-mail and proceed to charge your credit card unless you cancel your order first.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

The amount of time it will take for your order to reach you depends on what shipping method you chose. Orders placed by noon on a regular business day will normally ship out that same day. Orders placed after noon will normally ship out the next business day. If you order on late Friday evening or the weekend, then your order ships out on Monday or the next business day if that Monday is a holiday.

If you requested UPS Ground as your shipping method, please see the UPS Ground Chart above to get an idea of when your order will arrive. For orders placed using the United States Postal Service please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

Weekend and Holiday Deliveries

If you place your order on a Weekend or Holiday, your order will be immediately shipped the next business day or according to the UPS/USPS shipment pick-up time table. Please note that most if not all shipping companies, including the United States Post Office, DO NOT deliver on Sundays or Major Holidays. In other words, during the Thanksgiving Holiday, or Turkey Day, when you're at home enjoying your meal with friends and family, your friendly neighborhood UPS Delivery man is also at his home enjoying his Turkey meal and cranberry sauce with friends and family. Being that this is the case, if you order on a major holiday and request "Rush" delivery, your order will not be picked up that same day and you will have to wait until the next business day for your order to ship out.

The Christmas Holiday Rush

Also, please be advised that the few weeks right before Christmas are usually the busiest mail delivery weeks of the year. There is such a high volume of deliveries being made across the continental US that deliveries are bound to be slightly delayed. Recently, UPS started guaranteeing their deliveries during this time. Typically, they do not. With the USPS, ALL bets are off.

Back-ordered and/or Shipping Delays

If for any reason we are expecting shipping delays, this will be noted in the product availability. So, if you should place an order and the product availability states the particular product is backordered, you can expect the product to ship out on the estimated shipping date indicated. We constantly update our web site with product availability to ensure that you are completely informed about your purchase.

I Ordered My Products Using The USPS. Can I Track My Order?

Unfortunately at this time orders delivered via the USPS cannot be tracked.

I Haven't Gotten My Order Yet. What Could Be Wrong? What Should I Do?

Unless your product was backordered, which you will know, your order is more than likely in transit. We ask that you allow for the standard delivery time of the selected shipping method you chose. Please note that deliveries made via USPS Parcel are the slowest in the industry. They take up to 15 business days for delivery. Sometime they take more than that. This is why Parcel mail is the least expensive. If you ordered your products via USPS Parcel, please allow the allotted time for your order to arrive.

If the you still haven't gotten your order by the allotted shipping time, contact us and we'll get on top of it. It is possible that your order may have been lost or even damaged in transit. These things do happen. If this is the case, the shipping courier immediately notifies us. We then immediately notify you and either reship or cancel your order based on your request.
