RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Our return policy and/or guarantee for the products we sell are NOT the same as the return policy and/or guarantees that are advertised on television for the same products.

All products we sell are covered by a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. You must inform us via e-mail if you request a refund or intend to return any merchandise. Once you inform us we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and inform you of where to mail the return to. Failing to inform us of your intentions will indefinitely delay your refund and/or request for a replacement product. No refunds will be issued without and RMA.

The following terms and conditions apply to all products:

DRY AND LIQUID GOODS

No returns will be accepted for used portions of dry or liquid products. For example, if you order a 32 oz bottle of Orange Clean and a 1lb Jar of Oxi Clean and then decide to return them after opening them and using them, we will not accept your return nor will we refund your money. This is non-negotiable. If upon receipt of any dry or liquid product you decide you no longer want the product, then you may return the unopened and unused product within the 30 day guarantee period. No collect or COD shipments will be accepted. Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, we will refund your money. We ask that all returns be shipped to us via UPS prepaid. We ask this for your safety and in order so that your return can be tracked

HARD GOODS

For hard good products such as the Miracle Mop, your merchandise must be returned within 30 days of your receipt, and must be in like-new condition. No collect or COD shipments will be accepted. We will ship a replacement product or refund your money, whichever you prefer. We ask that all returns be shipped to us via UPS prepaid. We ask this for your safety and in order so that your return can be tracked.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

All items must be returned in their original packaging. You must include with the return all manuals, accessories, and parts to obtain a full refund. Replacement cost of any missing items will be deducted from your credit. Our 30 day return policy starts from the day your product is received. If the product is not postmarked within the 30 days of the Guarantee period, we will be unable to issue any credit or refund. NO exceptions. If you have a problem after the 30 day guarantee period, please contact the manufacturer of the product for further assistance.

EXCEPTIONS

All returns for defective merchandise or incorrectly shipped items are returnable to our warehouse at our expense.

CREDITS/REFUNDS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD

When requesting a refund, be sure to e-mail us your full name, your order number, your phone number, your e-mail address and the reason for the return. Also, be sure to indicate whether you'd like a replacement product or a credit card refund.

All credit card credits/refunds will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item(s). All refunds/credits to a credit card will be for the full purchase price of the product(s) less shipping and handling unless otherwise instructed. Credits/Refunds to a credit card account should appear on your credit card statement within 7 business days.
